Intro to tea techniques- from beginner to advanced

Lets start with the easiest, Grampa Style. Here is my previously posted tutorial.

Honestly, Grampa Style is my Prefered style for oolongs, and some greens.





Here is a very truncated tutorial on how I do gong fu. I usually only do this when trying out a new tea for review purposes, to try and get the most out of a tea in the smallest volume of liquid possible. I will however do gong fu when I have a lazy saturday, when I have time to relax and enjoy the ceremony.
